Joining the program

Anyone of legal age who can receive payments in their country may apply. Each application is reviewed by hand; Supral may refuse an application without giving a reason.
Your partner account is separate from any Supral studio account. You sign in with your email and are responsible for the security of that inbox.
The information you give, including your legal name, country and payout account, must be accurate and kept up to date.

Your handle becomes your link: any supral.app address with ?via=yourhandle. A handle may not imitate Supral, another brand or another person.
You may change your handle once yourself. Former handles keep working for you and are never given to anyone else.
A visit through your link is remembered for 30 days in the visitor's browser. If the visitor follows another partner's link before signing up, the most recent link counts.

You earn 30% of the first payment of a Supral+ or Supral Pro subscription and of one-time options (WAV export, boosters, bundle) bought through your link.
You earn 15% of each subscription renewal paid within 12 months of the day the customer was attributed to you.
Commissions are calculated on the amount actually paid, after discounts and excluding VAT and other taxes. Payments in another currency are converted to US dollars on the day of the payment at the European Central Bank reference rate; the commission amount is fixed from then on.
No commission is due on My Voice credit packs, on your own purchases or those of your household, on accounts that were already paying before they followed your link, or on payments made after the 12-month period.
If a payment is refunded, partly refunded or disputed, the matching commission is cancelled or reduced. If it was already paid, the difference is deducted from your next payout.

Each commission becomes payable 30 days after the payment. Payable commissions are paid once a month, in US dollars, by PayPal or Wise, once your payable balance reaches $50.
You are responsible for declaring your income and paying any taxes that apply to you. Businesses may be asked for a VAT number or an invoice.
Fees charged by PayPal or Wise on your side, including any conversion from US dollars to your own currency, are your responsibility.

Disclose clearly that you earn a commission, for example with “affiliate link” or #ad next to your link, as required by law in most countries.
Describe Supral honestly. Do not promise medical, financial or guaranteed results, and do not present subliminals as a treatment.
Do not bid on “Supral” or close variations in search ads, do not use Supral's logo as your own brand, and do not create pages or accounts that look official.
No spam, fake reviews, incentivised sign-ups, cookie stuffing, self-referrals or purchases made only to earn commissions.

You may leave the program at any time by contacting us. Commissions already earned remain payable once they clear.
Supral may pause or close a partner account that breaks these terms. Commissions linked to the breach are cancelled; others remain payable.
Supral may change the program, its rates or these terms with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes never reduce commissions already earned.

We use your partner details to run the program and pay you, as described in the Supral Privacy Policy. Your dashboard shows aggregated numbers only, never your customers' identities.
