Questions
What exactly earns a commission?
30% of the first payment of a Supral+ or Supral Pro subscription, 15% of every renewal for 12 months, and 30% of one-time options (WAV export, boosters, bundle). Amounts are calculated after discounts and without VAT.
Which currency am I paid in?
US dollars. Customers pay in their own currency; each commission is converted to USD on the day of the payment at the European Central Bank reference rate, so the amount you see never moves afterwards.
What does not earn one?
My Voice credit packs, your own purchases, payments that are refunded or disputed, and accounts that were already paying before they followed your link.
How long does a click count?
30 days. If someone clicks your link and signs up within that time, the next 12 months of their payments count for you. If they click another partner's link later, the most recent click wins until they sign up.
When and how am I paid?
Once a month, in US dollars, by PayPal or Wise, as soon as your payable balance reaches $50. Each commission waits 30 days first, which covers our refund window.
Do I need to disclose the link?
Yes. Say clearly that you earn a commission, for example “affiliate link” or #ad next to it. It is required by law in most countries and it keeps your audience's trust.
Can I change my handle later?
Once, from your dashboard. Your old links keep working and stay yours: nobody else can ever take a handle you used.
